The Mo4 microwave probe, developed by HYDROSTOP, provides reliable, precise control of the moisture content of your aggregates.

This probe, specially designed for construction materials, is durably resistant to the aggressive environment in which it is placed, providing all the precision required for aggregate dosing in your manufacturing process.

Mainly used in the concrete industry to guarantee the quantity of dry product in the mix, it is also used in quarries to track the moisture content of delivered products, or in asphalt plants to control energy consumption.

Its digital or analog interfaces enable it to adapt to all production configurations available on the market.

The MO4 probe is the fourth generation of microwave probe developed by HYDROSTOP.

Specially developed for measuring moisture in building materials, this new generation offers greater accuracy with additional connectivity options.

Main operating features:

  • Moisture measurement in sand and gravel (cutoff down to 10-14) with 0.1% accuracy
  • Measurement range from 0% to 15% humidity
  • Configurable with HYDROSTOP graphical interfaces or stand-alone with direct connection to the PLC via its 4-20mA analog output.

    • Weight: 9.6kg in stainless steel
