H4-I indicator: 4-input multi-measurement graphic indicator
The H4-I system is a multi-measurement graphical interface that lets you set up and display up to 4 measurement types simultaneously on a single compact indicator.
Its compatibility with all HYDROSTOP sensor networks means you can easily integrate your configuration with a single calibration and PLC interface method.
Digital or analog, you’ll have the choice and ease of interface with all existing supervisory systems on the market.
Main operating features:
- 4-input indicator
- Humidity displays from 0 to 4 aggregates to within 0.1%.
- Displays silo weights from 0 to 4 silos
- Displays cement silo inlet and outlet temperatures.
- Display of suspended solids in agitated tanks
- Display of mixer power measurement
- Display of plasticity measurement by microwave in the mixer.
- 0-10V, 0-20mA (option), 4-20mA or ModBus/TCP output configurable for all displayed values
- Indicative thresholds can be configured for each displayed value, either on dry contact or on ModBus/TCP link.
- Humidity probes can be switched to “static measurement” or “dynamic measurement” mode
- Dynamic measurement can be set to suit your granulate operation.
