The turbidity probe is used to determine the level of suspended solids in a mixing tank.
- Suspended solids measurement is used to measure the fines loading rate of water stored in mixing tanks.
- This measurement is carried out using an optical sensor equipped with a sapphire glass and a Teflon coating to prevent clogging. This device ensures linear measurement precision.
Mixing tanks concentrate water from the process (cleaning water) and, in some cases, concrete returns from washing machines. This measurement enables us to adapt the quantity of loaded water injected into the concrete formula, thus optimizing the use of recycled water and ensuring precise control over the addition of fines.
